Job Description

Responsible for Architecting and Designing Databases, Data warehouse and Business Intelligence reports while ensuring their performance, availability and security.
Architect and Design all database/data warehousing components.
Should have previous DBA Experience with Database Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
Experience in 3NF, Dimensional Models, Data Integration techniques, utilizing industry accepted methods/practices to accomplish strategic objectives.
Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts & Implementation experience on MDM tools.
Good understanding of Data quality, Metadata concepts.
Analyzing organization’s business requirements for information, and accountable for designing the appropriate enterprise database architecture standards.
Work with Logical Data Modelers to convert the high level conceptual models in to logical models.
Provide architectural/design leadership with Physical Database Designers in physical DB design, creation, and data modeling.
Experience in RAC, Load Balancing, High Availability Clustering, Fault tolerance, RMAN backup and recovery, Disaster recovery, DB performance tuning, DB configuration on Virtual Server.
Multiple instance configuration in single box / cluster.
Creating technical architecture documents and work alone with the complete ownership in DB area.
