LOCATION: Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Deliver efficient, effective, professional services to existing and new customers.
-Act as product specialist with a flair to address all customer queries related to newproduct and handle agent queries.
-Should be a Self-starter to structure follow up action in respect of customer queries,requests and ensure effective closure.
-Providing exceptional customer centric approach to cross sell the new business to existing customer through the call centre.

FEATURES

-Day shift job from 09am – 06pm
-two offs(one fixed and one roaster)
-Package – Min 2.10 and Maximum 2.40 lacs per annum
-Reimbursement of Rs.3900 per quarterly
Salary will be depend on your experience and performance at the time of Interview.
