We have opening for the post of “Executive Sales Manager” with Life Insurance, General Insurance Company which is from “Banking sector”

Training period 6 months

Designation: Executive Sales Manager will report to Sr. Branch Manager

Salary yearly: 2 Lac to 5.0 Lac (Plus variable pay)

Location: All over India

Key Responsibility:

• Identifying and enrolling potential “Financial Planner” in the respective area to build retail business

• Ensure activation of each acquired “Financial Planner” by working very closely with team of “Financial Planner”

• Team performance tracking should be done regularly on assigned parameters

• Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups & strengthening of relationships with team

• Ensuring constant updating of team knowledge on new products and underwriting policies

• Should ensure effective launch of all promotional campaigns in the channel
