PHOTOSHOP. Has minimum 3 years of experience.

Requirements

 High proficiency in Photoshop, dreamweaver. HTML may be additional though not necessary.
 Should have experience in freehand designing too
 Absolute mastery of the Creative Suites like photoshop etc
 Thorough knowledge of product design and site structure.
 Exposure to modern advertising: take-overs, overlays, and rich media.
 Should have the experience to conceptual designing.
 An articulate, out-going, and collaborative approach to design.
