Job Description

Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in most courteous manner
Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and description with reference to established rules and policies
Suggest food and beverage and to be well versed with menu method of preparation and accompaniments
Clean and polish glassware, china ware, hollowware and flatware
Replenish supply of linen and other operating equipment
Maintain cleanliness and mi-en-place at working station
Keep general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas
Set up table as per restaurant policy
Clean and remove dishes from the table after service is completed
Transport soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and depositing them in proper place
Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.
