JOB DESCRIPTION: After proper training, these are the responsibilties: Will involve customer interactions by phone, mail, live chat. In particular, daily trouble shooting and developing a deep understanding of the order management process are essential to success. Address customer inquiries and issues in a friendly, helpful manner; delighting customers whenever possible. Become an expert on products and services as well as the order management process. Offer advice and help customers find what products they need to fill their particular needs. Quickly and thoroughly solve problems for customers. Identify and contribute to solving priority issues that need immediate attention.

Requirements

Fresh graduates, with 0-6 months experience, living in Mumbai. Internet skills like mail, chat necessary. Must be keen to be playing a very crucial role in the company.Must be passionate about customer and love developing relationships with customers, delighting them with outstanding customer service skills. Exceptional presence of mind needed. Communication skills with customers and team members; friendly and pleasant over email and phone. Must be comfortable talking with customers on the phone as needed.
