Thousands of girls have been locked up against their will, they are yelling to be rescued from torture.

Due to their innocence, poverty and illiteracy, girls are trafficked from Indian, Nepal and Bangladesh by inhuman means of trafficking in humans like kidnapping, false marriage etc.

We rescue them and provide them complete health care, legal aid to prosecute anti-social elements and vocational training in various income generating skills in our protective homes situated at Delhi, Mumbai, Thane and Pune. So they can sustain themselves and return to respectable society.

Job Description:

Full time job opportunity. Candidates based in Mumbai preferable.

Experience in Fund raising: 7 to 10 years

Requirement: immediate

Location: Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage funding processes ,

· Gather, analyze and collate information from a wide range of sources.

· -donor meetings

· write competitive, high quality concept papers, donor proposals, and budgets

· Decide funding strategies, plans and grids,

· ensure effective co-ordination and information flows in the organization

· Co-ordinate donor visits

· Identify, assess and approach new donors

· Track income, request payments from donors and any necessary follow-up,

SKILLS:

· Significant experience in managing fundraising activities, in particular from EC, ECHO, OFDA, DFID, SIDA, UN agencies, WB etc.

· Information management and IT skills

· understanding of Program Cycle Management (including logical framework)

· Strong skills in budgets, monitoring and reporting.

· Good written skills with proven ability to develop and present proposals and donor reports,

· High level of analytical skills and critical thinking.

· Highly developed interpersonal communication and relationship skills with ability to influence external organizations and individuals.

· Self motivated, target driven and an entrepreneurial approach to fundraising.

· Minimum educated to degree level, preferable MBA.

· Fluency in written and spoken English;

Salary plus incentive if target exceeded.
