– Conceptualize Learning & Development Framework for the organization in line with HR strategy

– Create detailed process for development and deployment of L & D initiatives

– Develop and deploy tools for capturing L & D needs of employees; consolidate learning needs for the organization

– Plan and design L & D initiatives based on needs assessments carried out; deploy L & D initiatives via HR team and audit the initiatives to ensure compliance

– Develop internal team capability by ‘train the trainer’ initiatives to deploy L & D framework

– Identify training needs and own & deliver learning interventions for senior management

– Negotiate and coordinate with External L & D partners for developing, implementing & capability development of Learning initiatives (specialized trainings)

– Audit & review deployment of learning initiatives across the Organization
