Position: HR Executive

Job Location: Chandigarh

Experience Required:
• Must have strong experience of end-to-end recruitments.
• Experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree preferred.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Must have good salary negotiation & closing skills.
. Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Should have knowledge of Recruitment and portals.
Should be good in making reports and managing data in Excel.
Should have knowledge of preparing presentations.
Good communication skills a MUST.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Good in coordination and follow ups with different teams
