Handle entire recruitment cycle (CVs pooling, short listing, screening, interview co-ordination, placement, and client co-ordination) for IT & Non IT requirements. Handle all internal man power requirements both technical & marketing. Collect and maintain different profiles for varied roles for future requirement from available sources like references, job portals, personnel contacts etc,. Match the client requirements with available profiles or source new profiles. Do preliminary screening of suitable candidates through telephone or one to one meeting. Co-ordinate with clients and ensure maximum candidates are placed. Co-ordinate with shortlisted candidates and ensure that they attend interview as scheduled. Meet deadlines of clients and ensure no loss of business. Achieve derived targets both in terms of number of candidates placed and revenues
