Ø 10+2 with minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO/GRADUATES /FRESHERS OR EXPERIENCED CAN TRY FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO’S!!!!!
Ø UK /US /Aus/Day SHIFT / SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE!
Ø SALARY CAN GO UPTO 4 LACS PER ANNUM!

Candidate should have,
1. Good Communication skills
2. Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3. Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
5. Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
