* Review and understand Tech / Functional Job requirements.
* Formatting of Resumes and creating detail job description.
* Foster long term relationship with the candidates.
* Involved mainly into Recruitment & Co-ordination.
* Should be a good team player
* Should be able to achieve and manage the set targets.
