Marketing Executive:-

* Experience – 5+ Years in Real Estate Industry
* Education – Graduate, MBA Added Advantage.
* Salary – Rs. 45000 To Rs. 50000


Job Profile For Marketing Executive :-


* Building Relationship with the Clients.
* Researching the Market and Related Products.
* Listening to Customer Requirements and Presenting appropriately to Close a Sale.
* Maintaining and Developing Relationships with Existing Customers in person and via Telephone Calls and E-Mails.
* Negotiating the Terms of an Agreement and Closing Sales.
* Representing the Company at Trade Exhibitions, Events and Demonstrations to Promote Sales.
* Negotiating on Price, Delivery and Specifications with Buyers.
* Challenging any Objections with a view to make the Customer buy the Property.
* Advising on forthcoming Product Developments and Discussing Special Promotions.
* Gaining a clear understanding of Customers’ Businesses and Requirements.
* Have Excellent Communication, Inter-Personal and Presentation Skills.
* Have Awareness about the Real Estate Market.
* Implement Online Activities – Create Project Listings and Post Online Classified Ads.
* Implement Offline Activities such as Flier Distribution, Paper Inserts, Events, etc.
* Generate New Sales Leads and Follow-Up with Prospective Customers.
* Detailed Presentation and Site Visits for Clients.
* Set and Achieve Sales Targets for the Residential Projects.
* Be Responsible for smooth transaction with the Clients till Hand Over Stage.
* Clearly Communicate to Customers the Product Advantages along with Clearing Any Queries.
* Ensure High Levels of Client Satisfaction.
* Good at Reports.
* Handling Marketing and Sales Activities of the Residential Projects.
* Maintaining the Quality of Services for Company’s Goodwill and Getting more Bookings with the help of Effective Market Research.
* Conducting Final Meeting to Change Prospect into Buyer.
* Identifying Prospective Clients, Generating Business from the Existing Clients to Achieving Business Targets.
* Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and Processes in the Lifecycle of a Real Estate Transaction.


The Pay Package will depend on the Candidate’s Profile and his/her Performance in the Interview.
