Job Description

Conducting .Net induction training for freshers & mid-level Software professionals Addressing .Net training request from project team and conducting NLCI training. Delivers e-learning, web-based and classroom curriculum. Provides metric analysis and reporting on training readiness and effectiveness. Consults with customers to ensure produced training meets current needs to support customer and NTT DATA metrics. Ensures proper technical spec is adhered to while maintaining proper learning capacity levels to support adult learning principle with the targeted audiences. Participates in cross-functional meetings to support proper allocation of equipment, curriculum and training needs. Executes best practices for ensuring excellence in instructor training and performance.
