Job Description
Individual Lending portfolio supervision and control
Oversees the performance of the individual loan portfolio of each IL Loan Officer in terms of growth and quality
Approves Individual Loans in the branches under her/his responsibility
Active member of the Sanctioning Committee on Branch level signs the loan approval documents
Visits Business place of Individual Loan customers to verify the existence of Business and if business information is in accordance with loan assessment to ensure good quality of the financial analysis.
Supports Senior ILO, ILO in the clients financial assessment if required (supervision and training function)
Review and control all the documentation of the Individual Lending operations and its proper filing (includes the filing process and policy in the branch)
Management Duties
Have a close control of the portfolio in arrears of the Branch; visit alone or with the ILOs, the clients who have problems re-paying the loans, to put a more pressure in them
Organizes weekly meetings with the Senior IL officer, ILO and ME, in order to set weekly goals in order to meet established goals
Establishes good communication of the operations, problems and experiences, deficiencies with the Area Manager, IL Regional Manager regarding to the Individual Lending product and proposes suggestions
Other Duties
Responsible for the field training of ILOs and ME to ensure full understanding of the IL Credit methodology and policy. In case of new ILO need to establish field visits to clients for loan appraisal to support ILO in the evaluation of different business activities.
Coordinates with Senior Loan Officer(s) any training and marketing activities
Requirements
Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Team Handling and branch handling experience.
Willing to travel.
