Job Description

– Inspecting of all materials delivered at site to ensure they conform with the specified quality requirements
– To supervise and monitor construction activities are in accordance with approved project requirements and specifications.
– Ensure quality and safety requirements.
– Prepare and submit QA/QC report.
– To ensure compliance and implementation, and monitor effectiveness of the quality management plan and inspection test plan during project construction
– Conduct regular site inspection, issue and follow up nonconformity and corrective action forms
– Formworks inspection as to the proper dimension, placement and bracing.
– Inspection of structural excavation for proper depth and dimension.
– Actual test recording for the correct slump during concrete pouring.
– Inspection for proper method of concrete curing whether in accordance with specification.
– Daily submission of reports/datas.
