Job Description

Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
Responsible for opening and closing stores.
Controlling shrinkage, wages, write-off, and cash control and store expenditure by doing regular store audit.
Developing existing stores as well as involved in acquisition of new Stores.
Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and
Performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development.
Interpreting company standards for quality, customer service and safety measures.
Responding to customer complaints and comments.
Identifying, directing, improving and maintaining the appearance of the section with the VM team.
Maintaining an organized fixture and display storage area
Responsible for general maintenance of store.
Performed other essential tasks under the instructions of Retail Operation Manager

Requirements

Experience: Min 1 yrs of exp in Store Operation and Sales in Hyper Market/Super Market/Garment/Footwear Stores
