Sr. Manager- Sales for Gurgaon(Haryana)


Job responsibilities to mention but not limited to following:
1. To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings;
2. Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach;
3. A good team manager having a successful track record of sales in real estate.
4. Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
5. Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances;
6. Candidates having exposure in handling HNI & NRI Clients;
7. Maximize revenue generation
8. Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients;

Desired Profile
Self-Driven; One who can independently work to achieve expectations of management ( Here we are looking at a Senior candidate with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Gurgaon market and ACTIVE with channel partners currently in Gurgaon. We seek good brand exposure like M3M, BPTP, IREO, etc. Kindly avoid profiles from NOIDA, GHAZIABAD, FARIDABAD, DHARUHEDA, NEEMRANA etc. since the core area of work is Gurgaon market channel base expansion and revenue generation.
Share only Senior face value and experienced candidates who can handle the Sales Team and Directly report to Management but not dependent on management.


Other Qualities: Confident, Decent communication skills, Result oriented, Strong broker network in Gurgaon NCR market and Good Interpersonal skills.
