Job Description

Wanted urgently for a Pan India Domestic BPO Team Leaders as per JD below:
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years calling experience and 1 year as Team Leader, handling a team of 20 or more agents.
Must be from BPO background and must have substantial knowledge of attrition control, shrinkage, and dialer.
Must be a Graduate with excellent communication skills.
Should have worked in an Inbound/Outbound Process handling his/her team.
Salary would be as per the process/last salary. The same is negotiable.
Only candidates from Delhi NCR need apply.
Age should not exceed 32 year.
