Experience: 2+ years as a Tele-Marketer

Role:
This role involves cold calling of the clients in a given database and pitching for an appointment for the Fixed Assets Consultants.

Responsibilities:
· Development of leads from the given databases.
· Maintaining the communication equipments in good functional order.
· Explaining the Services and software of the company by explain in detail and convincing the customer to provide an appointment for the field staff.
· Maintaining follow-ups and keeping the customers informed of our products by regular mailing.
· Coordinate with the FAC on demo or visits.

Skill set:
Ø Clear understanding of the work entrusted and what is required of them.
Ø Command of English and the vernacular language in the region posted for work.
Ø Excellent communicative skills.
Ø Honesty, Integrity and good character.
Ø Good interpersonal relationship.
Ø Ability to analyse and gather the requirements of the clients
Ø Good Team player
Ø The do-or-die attitude to achieve targets set
Ø Drive and ambition to complete the targets and set personal goals higher than expected
