Criteria: Minimum Graduation.
Experience: 3 or more than 3 years experience
Age: 30 & above
Salary: 12,000- 25,000 per month
Location: Kolkata (Across Bengal)

Responsibility: 1) To recruit Agents as per the corporate strategy.
2) To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.
3) To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
4) Handling Business Associates.
5) To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.
