Preparation of Notice, Agenda and Minutes of General Meeting, Board Meetings and Committee meetings
Preparation of Directors Report
Maintenance of Statutory Register inter alia
Register of Members
Register of Directors
Register of Directors shareholdings
Register of Transfers
Register of Charges
Register of Contracts
Preparation of Annual Return & Filing the same along with the Annual Accounts i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts in XBRL format, Directors Report, Auditors Report.
Preparation and filing of various e-forms/ returns to ROC/ RBI
Any other work relating to ROC/ RBI Compliance
Evaluation, proposal and monitoring of CSR activities
Supervising all Legal matters of the Company
Drafting and executing Agreements

Finance

Drafting and executing Finance controls and policies.
Reporting and analysing the Accounts Receivables
Support in Taxation matters and Audit
Support in general book keeping and accounting
