*Identifying and understanding the broad and specific requirements of the Client.
*To build good Relationship with the Client Companies on regular basis for the feed back regarding the candidates.
*Job posting and Ad Posting on various Professional networking sites like Linkedin and many more.
*Follow-up with Clients till joining.
*To build good Relationship with the Client Companies on regular basis for the feed back regarding the Work.
