Qualification
Bachelors or Masters in Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture, graphics design from reputed institutes like NID (National Institute of Design), Symbiosis.

Knowledge & Experience
Experience with designing end-user, web-based applications is a MUST.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction and visual design skills – creative and user-centered approach to design and ability for strategic problem solving.
Proven experience in human-computer interaction and usability analysis.
User-experience portfolio showing examples of design direction, creative process, research strategy, or equivalent user-experience accomplishment.
In-depth knowledge of GUI prototyping tools, software design, Web development technologies, and protocols.
Sound understanding of Internet programming languages and markup, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with computer graphic and multimedia design and the ability to create and modify web design artifacts when necessary.
Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Knowledge of cloud based video / audio conferencing & collaboration domain will be an added advantage.
