1. 1-3 years of experience in IT and VoIP Technologies

5. Able to troubleshoot using Wiresharks, TCP Dump
6. Knowledge in network monitoring tools (PRTG,MRTG etc)

Requirements
Salary : Rs.10000 to Rs.35000 max per month
Key responsibilities :
• Monitoring real-time voip calls on switches and analysing it.
• Analysis of failed calls and check for causes and take actions accordingly.
• Raising trouble tickets with suppliers for any faults and following up with them until it gets resolved.
• Providing chat support to customers on Skype, solving the issues raised from them at earliest.
• Identifying problems quickly when they happen and react accordingly to resolve ASAP.
• Solving tickets on our support portal system raised by our customers/suppliers within SLA.
• Receiving customer complaints over the phone and act accordingly to resolve their queries.
• Uploading supplier’s tariffs on our rates system regularly.
• Monitoring the network with PRTG and solve/escalate issues arising within the network.
• Maintenance of servers and devices weekly.
• Monitoring and adding balance to accounts on systems.
• Providing Handovers to the next shift.
• Receiving overflow calls from customer service and emailing to customer service department.
• Support calling card and MVNO customers.
Education and Experience:
• Graduate preferably from Science/Computer Sc.
• One year experience is preferred but Fresher’s having good skill set are welcome.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• A basic understanding of IP telephony and SIP
• Good understanding of Networking and Windows systems.
• Excellent communication (verbal and spoken).
• Must be comfortable working in a high stress, fast paced environment.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Networking, CCNA certified, RHCE preferable
• Having strong intelligence quotient
• Understanding of Telnet, Ping, Trace route utilities, WSUS updating,Thin Client Setup.Knowledge of Putty & switches / Routers
