Job Description

Responsible for:
• Managing the entire HR Operations.
• Accountable for handling employee database (both in soft form and file management).
• Adhering to internal HR processes such as ensuring proper documentation of candidates’ papers, MIS generation, preparing offer letters, appointment letters within the specified TAT.
• Working closely with Business to ensure timely closures of exit formalities and paper work.
• Coordinating with different teams on clearance and reports.
• Handling and resolving day to day queries of employees.

Qualification: BBA/ MBA HR
Experience: 0 to 1 year
