Job Description
Handling Incoming Calls and selling Technical support subscriptions to Customers
Should be able to perform multi tasking abilities ( Type & Talk )
Should be an avid listener
Will be responsible for attaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets
Interact with Customers to resolve their software/hardware related issues
Flair & Passion for Sales
Hands on expertise on all common Operating Systems ( Windows & Mac )
Respond to requests and Support from Customers in a professional manner
Requirements
Excellent Oral and Writing Skills in English
Should be able to engage a customer in conversation and avoid dead air on calls
Ability to close Sales
Accurately capturing customer details in CRM
A high degree of Self Motivation and zeal to Sales is required
Adequate knowledge of basic PC troubleshooting, softwares and peripherals
Ability to work both independenty and as part of a Team
Adequate knowledge of handling common OS – Windows (All Version ) & Mac
Basic networking concepts ( Wireless setup and configuration & Interner Connectivity)
