Job Description


We are looking to hire a strong analytical person who can understand Client Requirement. This person is expected to have very good sales and technical knowledge or skill to fix issues. Looking for someone with strong communication skill, both verbal and written.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Primary responsibility to manage Salas and Technical support team


Make sure that the sales target and SLA’s for technical support are met


Set processes to improve sales and technical support team’s productivity


Manage CRM and payment gateway.


Monitor the open issues and follow up with the Technical manager for ETA’s


Participate in calls with customer if required.


Assign and manage task to technical support team


Interview and hire resources for the sales and technical support team


Good written and oral communication skills


Should be open to working in US shifts.


Should have managed a sales and technical support team of minimum 4 members in the past


Overall experience should be above 4 years and a minimum of 1 years as a Lead/Manager of a technical support team
