To prepare project brief, to receive schematic & concept drawings submitted by Architects. Prepare critical analysis reports, discuss changes with architect, review & approve concept drawings after presenting to management review team. To have full knowledge of latest CDP, BBMP bye laws, BIAAPA bye laws & all other statutory regulations applicable in the state of Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Andhra Pradesh. To prepare submission drawing & applications, close follow up with in house liaison officer to complete all sanction & approvals. To coordinate with the execution team for any clarification/changes on architectural issues up to the completion of project. To coordinate for the interiors for the club houses, high end villas etc.
