Job Description

– Food Court Operations
– Ensuring that operators are provided adequate support in day to day operations.
– Ensuring that operators are operating as per agreements & norms of the property.
– Ensuring Menu standardization across the food court.
– Assisting leasing team in getting the right match of cuisine and offering for the food court
– Ensuring that Fire & safety practices are followed in food court operations & relevant F&S training are conducted.
– Upkeep & management of food court assets like machinery & equipment.
– Financial Management
– Monitoring POS system & ensuring smooth & error free operations at all times.
– Achieving sales & revenue targets.
– Providing inputs to marketing for increase in footfalls & consequentially revenues.
– Cash collection, management and Expense control.
– Quality Control & Training
– Ensuring quality & quantity of food served are maintained along with service standards.
– Ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation standards in Food court.
– Quality control over food ingredients and recipes across the counters.
– Providing training to food court staff including operator staff.
– Statutory Compliances & Liasoning
– Ensuring that all the statutory requirements of food court & its operators are met.
– Coordination with the local govt. bodies and ensuring that all the related govt. departments are in harmony with the operations of AlphaOne.
– Reporting & Presentation
– Ensuring that all MIS reports like Daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports are submitted in time & first time correct approach is followed.
