Job Description

Handling activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall production operations for during shifts ensuring timely completion.
Preparing project plan, project schedules, bill of materials and other project related documents.
Monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, etc.
Preparing monthly statement of total consumption.

Operations & Maintenance

Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.
Imparting continuous on job training to the subordinates to enhance their operational
Preparing daily & monthly Production, Stoppage analysis, Power consumption reports, etc..

Resource Management

Scheduling Spare parts planning to reduce b/d in turn meet production target.
Developing the local vendor for spares to prevent the high lead time.
Responsible for billing and also client interaction.
Handling Quality inspection and material verification as per standard

Energy / Safety Management

Undertaking Fuel Cost Analysis on daily basis and planning for its availability in different seasons.
Adhering to safety standards in all functional areas.
Ensuring smooth & safe operation of plant by strict compliance of safety procedure & standard operating procedures and implementing safety measures during normal operation and emergency.

Man Management

Undertaking resource planning & work scheduling to achieve effective manpower deployment of qualified workforce.
Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.
