Candidates should be having Experience on Recruitment.

Candidates should be good basic computer knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be well versed with the job portals and able to source candidates through other social media platforms

• Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within anappropriate and consistent timeline

• Doing niche-skill and specific resource-search through ‘Headhunting’ , Existing database, Job Portals & ‘Mapping’ Techniques

• Responsible for articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc

• Follow-up with candidates for Post-Employment Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations, etc till joining.

• Vendor partnering experience is good to have.

• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company

• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills are required

• Strong Microsoft proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. …
