Job Description

BS or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
3 to 5 years programming experience required, preferably in building enterprise web solutions. 3+ years of experience with .NET/C# and agile is desired. Experience implementing and extending enterprise applications, application frameworks and toolsets across portals, UIs, services and databases
Level4: Extensive technical expertise coupled with ingenuity, product knowledge, industry knowledge and leadership skills
Expertise in .Net, C#, Object Oriented Design, ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Web Services, Web API), ADO.NET, XML, n-tier Architecture, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, Debugging, SOAP/REST, SQL Server, SSIS for ETL

Modern architectural styles & patterns such as SOA, MVC
An understanding of dependency injection, inversion of control and other such patterns
Experience with unit, integration, and system testing
Practicing test driven development (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD)
Object relational mapping frameworks such as Entity Framework or Hibernate
JavaScript MV* frameworks such as AngularJS, Backbone, or Knockout
Experience working with and tuning relational databases like SQL Server
Enterprise solutions development experience is a plus
Mobile development experience is a plus (iOS/Objective-C, Android/Java, Hybrid)
Automotive dealership industry experience is a plus
Experience working as part of onshore/offshore teams is highly desirable
Must possess a passion for technology with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in the organization
Ability to iteratively and incrementally improve both products and processes
