Job Description

Desired candidate profile: Should have 6+ years of experience in BPO Operations – Team Management and leadership.Understands customer needs and communicate effectively with customers.Should have good confidence and communication skills in while dealing with US/UK and APAC based customers.Maintaining Day to Day team activities and reporting to internally.Advanced MS office – and exposure towards MS Excel and PowerPoint.Preparation of daily Dashboard presentation and presenting it to customer effectively.Tracking and updating SOP documentation – conducting team huddles and sharing knowledge with team.Maintaining daily action items from business and customer – closing with proper target dates. Dealing business and customer escalation/providing timely RCA and resolution to the problem area.Exposure towards Quality approach – person completed Lean/Kaizen/Basic Six Sigma Value Addition. Knowledge on Oracle Based ERP – Accounts Payable/Payments/Vendor Management. Job Description: Should be a SME with expert understanding of Vendor set up /Vendor Management processes.Thorough knowledge of the Accounts Payables Process and of the supply chain market ( like sourcing/shortlisting of vendors ) Good understanding of the Tax rules for different countriesKnowledge of Oracle ERP Knowledge of manufacturing industry is a must. Excellent project management skills. Able to work and deliver under pressure, Should have keen eye for detail. Operations management ( vendor setups, Vendor management, Handling vendor queries, suggesting process improvements ). Ability to develop and maintain vendor / client relationships and coordinate with other stakeholders. Implement process improvements Reviewing and Monitoring process accuracy on a periodic basis. Periodic client reporting and conducting quality audits. Lead and mentor the team
