PURCHASE MANAGER with Supply Chain (BE/ Dip Mechanical or other)
Job Location: west Bengal/ South India/ Gujrat
Job Description:
Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in PURCHASE MANAGER DESIGNATION with supply chain knowlwdge form AUTOMOBILE BACKGROUND is the HIGHEST PRIORITY
Procurement & production control with supply chain & inventory.
KRA:
Oversee and streamline the manufacturing processes involved with making products that comply with predetermined standards of quality and estimated costs
Managing Scheduling, material planning and outsourcing activities : ensure all Customer orders progress through the factory assembly process as efficiently as possible through effective resource planning and management
Involve in pre-production planning with oversight of actual production: planning , activity sequencing/ estimation, tracking and development of contingency plans to meet cost and time over-runs. Monitoring development activities and reporting production progress.
Before any manufacturing ever begins confer with technical or factory personnel to work up a detailed manufacturing production schedule.
Coordination of outsourced material within specified time constraint
Quality control activities: Develop and implement tracking and quality control systems to ensure proper production methods are used and manufactured products are up to specified standards.
Successfully manage and develop Production Standards, using a strong technical knowledge of TPS System.
Supply Chain Manager (Supply chain Mgt with Finance / Commercial from Auto Industry ).
Exp. : 3-5 years in TPS ( Lean Manufacturing environment ).
Functional Area: Engineering Project/Production
Candidate Requirement
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
