1. Understanding client requirement by studying job description and job qualifications.

2. Attracts applicants by placing ADVERTISEMENTS, HEAD HUNTING, REFERENCING, COMPETITOR MAPPING & job sites.

3. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

4. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; working out logistics.

5. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

6. Negotiating on Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks.

7. Explaining career growth and gamut of opportunities.

8. Maintain close contact with clients to forecast changes in hiring needs, generating feedback on every candidate, and understand all intricacies of every open position.

9. Coordinate and Conduct regular follow-up with Clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

10. Build meaningful relationships with candidates to uncover crucial, intangible qualities desired within the next step in their careers

11. Review and understand technical job requirement.

12. Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.

13. Research on organizations and industries for prospecting candidates.

14. Generate market intelligence and validate.

15. Follow up and coordination with candidate and client till on boarding.

Additionally, Assistant Managers may have reportees.
