Job Description


(a) As H.R. – (Asst.Manager) you have Recruitment and Training the Representatives Information officers & S.D.M of the company.
(b)As H.R.-Trainer you have to identify the training needs of the Representatives & the Information Officers of the company through analysis of their work reports & regular interaction with the H.R. Department & Business Managers of the company.
(c) As H.R. Trainer you are responsible for designing & expanding the training & developmental programs through appropriate modules for the Representatives & Information Officers employed by the company.
(d)As H.R. Trainer you are responsible for preparation of the budget for the training schedules & conducting the same within the specified costs & time frame..
(f) As H.R. (Asst.Manager) you have the responsibility to evaluate the results of the training program conducted by you & suggest improvements.
(g) As H.R. (Asst.Manager) you need to be mobile & conduct the training programs for the Representatives &Information Officers in various locations within the state as per the requirements.





Requirements


5-7 years experience in Recruitment &training ; development of Sales /Marketing /Service .
