job Responsibilities include
Overall centre operations, Turnover targets of a clinic, Team management, Ensuring high levels of customer service
Sales Planning for the month and ensuring that revenue and customer service targets are met
Implementing the marketing and promotional activities at the clinic level
Responsible for overall service orientation towards clients – to deliver a superior client experience.
To ensure smooth running of all clinic level activities & operations
Coordinating with the backend teams for inventory management and supply.

Reporting relationship:
reporting directly to the Area Operations Manager
managing a team of 6 to 10 people
