processes and have willingness to learn and work hard.

Job profile and responsibilities:


1. Reporting to the Business Practice Head.


2. Business Leads generation:


2.1 Bidding on various marketplaces (Elance,
UpWork, Guru, Freelancer etc)


2.2 Setting up meetings with the clients


2.3 Using LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
extensively to gain customer contacts


2.4 Email Marketing


2.5 Offline touchbase marketing


3. Understanding client requirements and creating detailed proposals.


4. Maintaining relationships with clients at all times.


5. Ensure smooth handover of new business to Project Management Team.


6. Ensure Project checks over generated check-lists to ensure smooth
transition.


7. Drive the quarterly revenue targets and reporting.
