A dynamic professional – minimum 10+2 educational qualification..


 


Experience::


Minimum 6 Months Experience in an inbound and outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.


Preferably experienced candidates may apply.


Fresher’s candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.


Salary 10k-30k with performance based incentives (for experienced candidates).


Transport service provided.

5 Days working culture.


 


Job Profile: –


  • Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.

  • Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues

  • Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.

  • Open to feedback & learning.

  • Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval)

Skill Set & Competencies: –


  • Excellent verbal communication

  • Confident and determined approach

  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions
