CUSTOMER SERVICE – LOGISTICS

Education: Graduate.

Experience: 1 – 2 years of Experience preferably in International Freight Forwarding Industry.

Job Description:
1. Daily / Weekly / Monthly Report Preparation.
2. Shipment follow up with Customs Broker.
3. Update to Customer on Daily Basis.
4. Support 3 PL Team.
5. Co-ordination with Overseas Office.
6. Follow up with Carrier.
7. Update ERP on Daily Basis.
