Position Reports to: Managing Director
Role Summary:
• Manage the HR functions world wide
• Motivate employees
• Arrange training of employees.
• Recruit employees as and when required
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient HR management at all locations including overseas where we have employees.
• Communicate with and meet employees regularly, motivate them at same time understand their difficulties and speak to concerned to mitigate the problems for the employees to be able to work peacefully with full concentration
• Timely evaluation of employees performance and their remuneration packages.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate with relevant experience
• Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in similar capacity
• One must be proficient in production, people management.
• Speak and understand at least three south Indian languages besides English and Hindi.
• Should be highly proactive and analytical
• Good in Problem Solving & Decision Making.

Remuneration :
• Annual CTC Rs. 12.00 Lakhs
