Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

*To attend to the guests of the Chairman

#Accountabilities:
*Greeting
*Serving
*Hospitality

#Key Performance Indicators:
*Greeting and escorting the guests on Arrival
*Assist in supervision of administrative tasks including demonstrating and explaining any relevant activity requested.
*Able to remain calm and patience.
*Handle Calls and guest queries
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards
*Assist in arranging official meetings and conferences.
*To be warm, friendly and courteous to guests
*To serve F&B.
*To assist guests immediately if they have any problems with the services provided
*Maintains excellent grooming standards at all time

Requirements

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

#Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience:
*Should be Graduate
*Diploma in Aviation/Hospitality preferred.

#Technical and Behavioral Skills
*Should have a pleasing personality
*Focused, Perseverant, Foresighted, Effective Communicator.
*Hospitality background preferred.
