Job Description
Provides first-level support in response to manager and employee questions.
– Performs daily inputs and data changes into HRIS system.
– Tests HRIS functionality with upgrades to system.
– Reviews and audits data entries within HRIS system for accuracy.
– Researches questions and issues and determines appropriate course of action.
– Continues to develop general HR knowledge as well as expertise regarding HR programs and policies.
– Provides or coordinates onboarding for new employees.
– Creates and delivers termination packets.
