Job Description

We have urgent requirement of Customer Service Representative (CSR) for International Bpo at Ahmedabad.

Salary : 8000-15000 (Full time)
Incentive policy: 1k for attendance bonus + Target Achievement bonus(Per day Rs. 100+)
Working days: 26 Days
Shift Timings: 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

*Candidate with average communication in English can also apply.

Job Duties:

-Attend potential customers by explaining product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
-solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
