Job Description

Responsibilities

• Proficient in problem solving techniques and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot with limited supervision.

• Understanding of the Quality Management System and the Quality Systems that assure compliance with regulatory requirements/expectations.

• Metrics: Prepares site-wide Training metrics for the management review process. Generates ad hoc metrics or reports upon request from management.

• Works closely with other members of Packaging, Manufacturing and Quality to recognize opportunities for improvement and elicit change through the use of Patheon’s Change Control processes, CAPA system.

• Escalates critical events and investigation findings to Quality Assurance Management. .

• Understanding the regulatory requirements for managing discrepancies example Deviations, Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA management

• Additionally, this functional group is the primary Quality contact for all external and internal customers with respect to quality systems, quality process improvements, quality audits/complaints, and regulatory compliance. .

Key Skill:

• Review reports and documents proficiently for completeness and accuracy.

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Strong technical documentation skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
