JD:

This position supports Legal dept. and hence DS Max properties has focus on the following key areas:
This role needs to carry out initial legal scrutiny of documents.
This role needs to make a checklist of legal documents.
This role needs to find the loop holes in the flow of the title.
This role needs to prepare the list of documents to update to clear the title of the property.
This role needs to clear the zonal verification to ascertain the type of sanction available.
This role needs to coordinate with the legal head for cleaning the title of the property.
This role needs to assist in drafting MOU/JDA for the cleaned title.
This role needs to assist the loans dept. for clearing the bank loans; their scrutiny should match the bank panel advocates.
