JOB DESCRIPTION:
Should have proven 5 years of experience and undertake the following responsibility:
 Carrying out activities/seminars/presentations/workshops in various schools/colleges/coaching’s to
promote the brand of the centre and the courses offered.
 Have to travel to tier II and III towns
 Should be • Effective communications skills in English and Hindi – presentation, face to face and
written.
 Should have been a proven trainer experience in object handling skills
 Should be net savvy to collect the target market data of the potential schools
 Should have to develop rapport with the school heads to undertaking student career counselling
workshops
 Build the POS material to oversee the mailer campaign and develop the contact
 Will have measurable performance targets to generate the leads for student admission
 Responsible enough for taking the complete ownership of entire sale process.
 Proven ability to meet targets.
 Detail and process oriented.
 Self-starter and self-motivated.
 Developing weekly/monthly plans with a view to increase the business and profitability of the
organization
 . Identifying the various sources & channels partners for generating students for admission and
carrying out tie-up for the same.
 Organizing monthly & weekly demo sessions at the centre for promoting the institute’s various
program.
 Customer Relationship Management.
 Handling the products like CLAT, BANK/SSC.
 Handling indoor walk-ins and outdoor enquiries.
 Interaction with students at different targeted institutes/colleges/schools for awareness &
admissions.
 Networking with existing students.
 Event management (promotions related).
 Looking after all the activities related to promotion time to time.
Requirements
Compensation :Above and the best of industry prevalent compensation with accommodation in Delhi.
This assignment is for 3 years of contract period . Renewable based on performance.
