Job Description

SAFETY ENGINEER: FOUR NOS.

Civil Engineer with Degree / Diploma with Safety certificates (NEBOSH or eq.) with good communication skill , Min. 3 years with two year experience of working as a Safety Engineer in UAE in any construction industry Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on RTA and past experience in RTA/DEWA projects ,
Responsible for supervising construction activities related to Electrical and civil works. His objective is to ensure proper safety is maintained at site with Zero accident policy. He should be able to conduct tool box talks, conduct training to workers for safe working practices, preparing Risk Assessment for all site activities, periodical inspection of Machinery, Tools and Tackles to identify and correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance. Maintain liaisons with Client safety team to protect company’s interest.
Good knowledge in preparing and managing traffic diversion schemes at work zones
He will have to appear for an interview on Road and safety held by pre qualification committee. Additional traffic safety certificates are advantageous.
