Job Description

Professional Qualifications : Desirable – MA/Diploma in Instructional Design (highly desirable but not mandatory), MBA

Job Related Skills :
8-12 years of experience in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, training strategy, content development and project management
Should have a very thorough understanding and experience of different training product types like performance simulations, apps simulations, ILT, job aids, QRCs.
Basic understanding of learning technologies like Flash, LMSs, rapid authoring tools (Infopak, Ondemand, Captivate, Lectora)
Experience in ERP Training (SAP, Oracle) will be a big plus.
Should have extensive experience in solution architecting learning deals and involvement in BD activities.
Should have extensive client facing / customer management experience
Experience of Learning Content Design and Development Framework
Demonstrated experience in managing teams of 10-15 people
